The people that works during the day is very nice and helpful, the room was nice and clean, but it isn't a 3 stars hotel

The guys that were workig at night on the hotel went to my room asking for cigars at 2am and they made some noise when everyone was sleeping. I stayed there for 5 days and on those 5 days I need to asked for hot water 4 times

Shower, TV, mini-bar, all were in operative condition. Room was clean, such as towels and bed linen. Hotel staff's nice.

Location near the central train station is not a good choice for someone who plan to walk after 10 p.m. There are many suspicious characters, like illegal emigrants, around.

The Hotel is situated near Termini station what is very convenient for those who want to get around Rome quickly.

The hostel (because it isn't a hotel) is near Termini Station . For someones who need only bed and shower , this hotel is acceptable.

The room was small, but clean and towels were changed daily . The breakfast was poor (a brioche, coffe and a juice) served not inside of the hotel , but somewhere near, we gave up on it and eat in Termini Station on Ciao Restaurant. If I compare the price with conditions received, the price paid was not properly.

It was the worst hotel in my life. Very noisy, could hear the neighbors come. In the bathroom all the time is running water: both cold and hot. Not clean. Localisation is bad. Breakfast is terrible. In a dirty Chinese bistro around the corner. Do not have time to come before 10 am - stay without breakfast.

It was worst than the description on your site and we didn't have the facilities that we had asked by mail on our room (double bed, hairdryer etc). The staff wasn't really professional and their presence wasn't distinctive. Only one person was speaking english.

Close to termini, clear room, friendly guy on reception. Allowed to smoking inside.

Most time is nobody at the reception, if you want to have a breakfast you don't know where you can find pesonal. There is not allowed to invite guests in your room (the girl from reception demanded me for penalty when learned that I had a guest inside). Little problems with water in shower.

It is close to Termini Train Station and it was clean.

I did not like the fact that smoking was allowed inside the building and 2 days out of 4, the receptionist overslept and forget our breakfast.

location -- right in front of Termini station and near a supermarket and a public parking lot. breakfast (of caffe and brioche) at the cafe across the hotel was good. one member of the reception staff was nice enough to change the rate of our rooms according to our needs. there was an elevator. and there was free wi-fi.

there were some electricity problems during our stay which meant that there was no heating, no hot water, no lights, and no wi-fi for about 2 out of the 5 nights we were booked there. the furnishings were very shabby. the bathroom was small. there was a funky smell in the room + the reception area and hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. the neighborhood can seem quite dodgy at night. the hotel walls were very thin and we could hear everything that was going on in the reception area.
